About The Opportunity We are looking for a Revit Designer I-IV to join our Water team. This position will support Revit and MEP design for water/wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations and other municipal facilities. This position will primarily work with our Revit team in Puyallup, Washington with some flexibility to work a hybrid schedule based on team integration, project needs and experience level. Your Role On The Team Collaborate within our BIM department, working as a team member with experienced CAD and Revit designers in collaboration with engineering staff. Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, and related infrastructure. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil disciplines to ensure model integration and design alignment. What You Bring To The Team Revit Designer with 3+ years of Revit experience. Flexibility to support Revit models which incorporate mechanical, structural, HVAC, and electrical disciplines. Working knowledge of Revit/BIM practices model coordination, and documentation standards. Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and interest in growing technical Revit/BIM skills. Salary Range $75,000—$90,000 USD Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
