We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents. As an STNA at Siena Woods, you’ll provide individualized, high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, home-like environment where residents feel supported, respected, and cared for. Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility. Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families. Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse. Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators. Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies. Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment. Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team. Attend staff meetings, ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.
