Brand Manager, Lindor

Brand Manager – Lindor Formats Position Purpose: The Brand Manager will lead Lindor product line strategy and execution, driving brand relevance and profitable growth. The role is a hybrid position with three days per week at the Stratham, NH corporate office or Boston, MA. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities Develop, present, and execute consumer‑relevant annual marketing plans for Lindor formats with clear success metrics aligned to sales, profit and brand health objectives. Lead new product development initiatives for Lindor formats. Manage vendor and agency partners, overseeing all project aspects from ideation to execution. Execute full 360‑degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, media, shopper, and in‑store channels. Conduct routine brand, competition, category, customer, and consumer analysis; synthesize findings to enhance brand performance. Assist with consumer and competitive research to support recipe development, promotion acceptance and communication evolution. Analyze internal brand metrics such as sales and profit, contributing to sales projections and financial planning. Develop marketing communication plans including advertising, consumer promotions, media recommendations, social media, PR, and activations. Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Field Sales team, and Customer Marketing to ensure proper implementation of marketing programs. Participate in sales calls and support field sales efforts at the customer level. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Marketing experience within a Fast‑moving Consumer Packaged Goods (FMCPG) environment. Experience in new product development. Full P&L responsibility experience is a plus. Experience working in an international corporate environment is a plus. Research experience, including consumer panels and qualitative/quantitative methods. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
