NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.**Basic Qualifications**The following qualifications reflect the minimum experience and skills needed for success in this role.*Bachelor’s degree required.**Writing samples or a portfolio are required.***Experience*** 5-7 years of professional copywriting experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, retail, or restaurant industries* Experience working in an in-house brand team or agency supporting enterprise and mid-market clients* Proven track record of delivering content across multiple channels (digital, campaign, sales enablement, and thought leadership)**Core Skills*** Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise content* Ability to turn complex products and technical concepts into simple, customer-focused messaging* Ability to apply brand voice, tone, and messaging standards consistently* Experience writing for web, email, paid media, and long-form content* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality* Ability to use AI, Microsoft Co-Pilot 365, to speed up job function**Ways of Working*** Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, campaign, and sales teams* Sound judgment when incorporating feedback and improving content* Ability to work independently while staying aligned to brand standards* Proactive partnership with the editorial director and broader brand team**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience supporting integrated brand campaigns from concept through execution* Familiarity with enterprise buyer journeys and content strategy* Exposure to unified commerce, payments, retail, or restaurant technology**Key Responsibilities*** Write clear, concise copy for web, campaigns, email, thought leadership, and sales materials* Turn complex product and technology concepts into simple, customer-focused messaging* Partner with creative, campaign, and product marketing teams to build consistent messaging across channels* Support thought leadership and long-form content that strengthens the NCR Voyix brand* Apply brand voice, tone, and messaging standards across all contentOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job**EEO Statement**Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
