Ecommerce Director

Seeking a mission-driven leader, the full-time remote Ecommerce Director will manage and scale direct-to-consumer channels on Shopify and TikTok Shop, focusing on driving growth to achieve $20M+ in revenue within 18 months through strategic operations and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Own the P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop, targeting $20M+ in combined revenue Build a repeatable growth machine utilizing bundles, paid media, and conversion rate optimization Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team, fostering accountability and results Required Qualifications 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social Proven track record of growing brands beyond $20M in revenue Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads, including high-velocity creative testing Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and customer lifetime value
