Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary Full-time position offering $70/hr plus housing and a weekly stipend for travelers. Responsibilities Provides direct care to patients and completes required paperwork. Performs medical histories, documents information, and evaluates patients per SOP. Provides emergency and first‑aid treatment within scope until transfer to a local health system. Performs limited minor surgical procedures such as simple suturing and incision‑and‑drainage of uncomplicated cysts. Reviews and reevaluates daily or as needed the cases requiring ongoing care. Carries out orders authorized by the physician supervisor. Maintains patient confidentiality and privacy of medical records. Applies knowledge of drugs and therapeutics when prescribing and dispensing medication. Requirements Any state nursing license accepted. Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Family Practice, or Emergency Medicine. Graduate of a professional nursing program accredited by the National League for Nursing (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Comfortable with patients aged 0‑99. Experience with communicable diseases. Must have or obtain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). No criminal convictions other than a minor traffic violation that has not been expunged. Tier4 Security Clearance required at the start of employment. Schedule & Compensation Full‑time 36‑48 hour work week with day, night, and weekend shifts. Pay is $70 per hour plus housing and a weekly stipend for travelers.
