Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This part-time position offers 15-20 hours per week throughout the full school year, providing a chance to support students’ developmental growth while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in California
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Skilled in delivering therapy to children in grades K-8
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to create engaging, individualized plans to address students’ occupational therapy needs
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, focusing on motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities
• Conduct assessments to determine each student’s needs and progress
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and relevant documentation
• Work closely with educators, families, and staff to support students within the classroom setting
• Track and report on students’ performance and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
