Yes, you might need to smile for the 'gram.Be a positive presence in the studio. We're a team here—no egos, no drama.Help people move better, feel stronger, and leave class feeling like superheroes.What We're Looking For:Experience teaching Spin, Strength, or Yoga is a huge plus—but not required!You're willing to complete SPENGA's internal certification program.You're confident, coachable, and don't mind sweating in front of a crowd.You're reliable, upbeat, and fun to be around.You care about people, not just reps.You're cool being on camera or promoting our awesome studio on social media.Sound like your vibe? With 50+ studios running and 250+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community.
