Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care for patients. This role requires delivering evidence-based therapy to improve patient outcomes and functional mobility.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  
  
• 
  Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care accurately in compliance with regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state or federal licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and patient management skills.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Have prior experience working in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting preferred.

  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
