Employment Specialist

Work Ready is seeking an Employment Specialist to assist individuals with mild to moderate disabilities in the Saginaw and North Fort Worth areas. You will guide clients through the job market, help secure employment, and support them on the job until they work independently. You will manage a caseload of 10–15 customers and aim to place 2–3 into jobs every four weeks, ensuring placements align with each client\'s goals and abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
