Director of Marketing

CatholicVote is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our outbound presence - social media, grassroots partnership, and field events - as we grow our reach into the most recognized and respected voice for Catholicism in American public life. This isn't a behind-the-desk marketing role. You'll drive the content, campaigns, and on-the-ground presence that put our mission directly in front of Catholic audiences nationwide - from social strategy to election-night programming to booth activations at major events. What you'll own: Social media strategy and audience growth across platforms Marketing support for grassroots and advocacy campaigns, in close partnership with our Advocacy team Planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and field activations A team of direct reports across social media and graphic design Campaign development for time-sensitive, high-impact initiatives What you bring: 5+ years in marketing, with real chops in social media strategy and event execution Comfort supporting grassroots or advocacy-driven work Experience leading a team and managing vendor/partner relationships Confidence communicating with executive leadership A genuine passion for the mission and an understanding of Catholic culture and values Location: Remote, with periodic travel for events Sound like you?
