RN Case Manager: Utilization & Care Coordination InterQual

Montefiore-St.-Luke

Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall is seeking an RN Utilization Management/Nurse Case Manager to support physicians and the care team in ensuring appropriate level of care. You will oversee medical necessity reviews and certify admissions using InterQual criteria, coordinating care across the hospital. The role requires NYS RN licensure, CM certification within 18 months, and familiarity with EPIC EMR and payer processes.
