Senior IP M&A Counsel for Tech Deals

You will provide strategic IP guidance on M&A projects, lead due diligence, and negotiate IP‑related provisions to protect business objectives. The role partners with outside and in‑house counsel and business leaders, advising on IP risk mitigation, landscapes, and contract provisions in a fast‑paced environment.
