Fiber Audit Program ManagerLead and oversee end-to-end program management for company-wide fiber audit, asbuilt, and working documentation efforts.Maintains project updates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation associated with the deployment of a new design system.Coordinates with cross-functional teams to include engineering, construction, operations, and sales to align activities and drive program execution.Data entry into IQGEO Network manager as needed.Manages project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed to ensure program success.Continually remains engaged with industry trends and technologies to ensure optimized processes and resources for Hotwire.Lead change management initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and addressing resistance to change to drive adoption and successful project outcomes.Demonstrates a level of transparency on process and status relative to ongoing workstreams.Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
