Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, payroll support, and general ledger maintenance Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts with precision Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate financial records Generate financial statements and reports for leadership decision-making Maintain and optimize QuickBooks processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Assist with audits, compliance, and documentation as needed Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop) Strong understanding of GAAP principles and accounting best practices Proven expertise in reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
