This role is critical to our field operations and ideal for dependable CDL drivers who want steady work, competitive benefits, paid training, and to be home daily.Drivers operate independently while working closely with dispatch and field crews to safely transport and manage fluids at customer locations throughout the region.Daily Job SummaryYou will independently and safely operate a water truck to:Load and offload fluids using a vacuum truck pumpTransport water, drilling fluids, and residual waste between pickup and drop-off locationsAdhere to all company policies and customer site requirementsMaintain safe driving practices and proper load securement at all timesCommunicate clearly with dispatch and supervisors throughout the shiftKey ResponsibilitiesSafely transport water, drilling fluids, and residual wasteOperate vacuum truck pumps and associated equipmentRig up and rig down hoses at customer locationsPerform routine equipment checks and basic maintenanceMaintain clean work areas and equipmentFollow all DOT, company, and customer safety standardsIdentify and report hazards or unsafe conditionsComplete required documentation accurately and timelyQualificationsValid CDL Class A or B requiredTanker Endorsement requiredMust be 21 years of age or olderPrior water truck or oil & gas experience preferred, not requiredAbility to work 12-hour shifts, days or nightsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, and work outdoorsComfortable working in all weather conditionsReliable transportation to and from workStrong communication skillsMust pass a drug test and comply with Federal DOT consortium requirementsWhat We OfferHome dailyPaid orientation and paid trainingReferral programHealth, prescription drug, dental, and vision insuranceLife, AD&D, and disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchingPaid time off (PTO) and paid holidaysFull-time and part-time opportunities availableWhy Costy's Energy ServicesWe value safety, accountability, and professionalism.
