Sales Generation: Lead sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, securing leads, and converting prospects into clients through engaging interactions. Agency Operations: Manage daily agency operations, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and insurance underwriting requirements. Community Engagement: Actively engage with the local community to build brand awareness and promote the values of Farmers Insurance.
