Developer & Infrastructure Expert

Role Overview
Apply your development, cloud, and infrastructure expertise to evaluate AI-assisted workflows and provide the real-world feedback that helps improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on testing how AI agents perform across developer platforms, cloud environments, and workplace tools. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Test and validate AI-assisted workflows for development and infrastructure work using GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Assess the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated commands, configurations, and outputs in cloud and platform engineering contexts.
- Document observations, identify discrepancies, and deliver detailed feedback based on professional experience.
- Evaluate how AI agents interact with connected workplace platforms and tools, including Slack, Google Drive, and Microsoft 365.
- Submit written evaluations and participate in virtual discussions to clarify workflow requirements.
- Recommend improvements and flag potential issues in AI-driven processes, with attention to real-world applicability and industry standards.
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in software engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, cloud, platform engineering, or infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD tools, and observability frameworks.
- Familiarity with GitHub, GitLab, JIRA, and developer workflow management tools.
- Professional experience using AI agents such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or Codex alongside development and infrastructure tools.
- Ability to evaluate technical processes and provide actionable, thorough feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with workplace connectors or automation tools is a plus.
