We’re seeking a Production Operator to work at a leading manufacturing company in Junction City, KS .
Based in a production setting and reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you’ll contribute to product quality, operational efficiency, and workplace safety. Ideal for candidates with a high school diploma and a passion for hands-on work, this position offers rewarding challenges and opportunities for growth.

Job Specifications:

• Location: Junction City, KS
• Shift and Pay: 2nd shift (Mon - Thurs 2:30PM - 1AM) - $17/hr
• Contract : 3 month temp-to-hire

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator? You’ll be:

• Building boxes, cleaning and maintaining printers.
• Operating production equipment and following safety rules to keep processes running smoothly
• Building, packing, and tracking supplies while maintaining a clean workspace
• Setting up and adjusting equipment including, coaters , winding , finishing and other duties as assigned to maintain product quality.
• Recording data accurately and efficiently using computers
• Playing a vital role in ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Identifying and labeling hazardous waste materials for proper disposal.

Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Read and follow SOPs, labels, and detailed work instructions accurately.
• Bring handy skills for using machines and computers
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus. 
• Are a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
