Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and may be directed by the Administrator, the Medical Director, and the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor, to ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times. Qualifications (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse: High School Diploma or equivalent LPN in OH Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred Customer Service skills a must!
