Credence has an immediate need for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA) Defense Automatic Addressing System Digital Business Transformation (DAAS D-BX) Modernization Program.

The ServiceNow Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow modernization activities supporting the DAAS Portal workstream. This includes managing the development and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions, integrations, production releases, testing, user acceptance, Section 508 compliance, organizational change management, and transition activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with DLA stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, security personnel, platform administrators, and contractor leadership to ensure work is delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, Agile practices, DLA policies, and approved schedules.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing ServiceNow projects throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through deployment, transition, and operational support.
• Leading the planning and execution of DAAS Portal modernization activities and related ServiceNow capabilities.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, milestones, work breakdown structures, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and deliverable trackers.
• Coordinating activities across developers, business analysts, testers, architects, security personnel, Section 508 specialists, and government stakeholders.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release-planning sessions.
• Working with product owners and stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and maintain requirements, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and the product backlog.
• Monitoring sprint progress, team capacity, release readiness, and overall project performance.
• Managing ServiceNow development, testing, code migration, application verification, and production deployment activities.
• Coordinating functional testing, integration testing, security testing, Section 508 testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensuring defects, vulnerabilities, compliance findings, and testing results are documented, assigned, tracked, and resolved.
• Coordinating ServiceNow change requests and support required governance, technical review, and production approval processes.
• Working with the ServiceNow Core Platform team to ensure solutions comply with platform standards, development practices, security controls, and release-management procedures.
• Coordinating application interfaces and integration requirements with internal and external systems.
• Identifying and managing technical, operational, security, schedule, resource, and dependency risks.
• Developing mitigation and contingency plans and promptly elevating risks, blockers, and decisions requiring leadership or government action.
• Preparing weekly status reports, executive briefings, management presentations, meeting minutes, action-item reports, and other project-management documentation.
• Tracking contractual deliverables and ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with Performance Work Statement requirements.
• Supporting organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, user onboarding, and adoption activities.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring decisions, approvals, requirements, and changes are traceable.
• Serving as the primary coordination point between the ServiceNow delivery team, Credence program leadership, and DLA stakeholders.
• Performing additional project-management duties in support of the DAAS D-BX Modernization Program.
