A nationally recognised, Chambers-ranked law firm at the forefront of the hemp, and psychedelics industries is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its rapidly expanding litigation practice.

This is opportunity is to step into a true “#2” role within a fast-growing national disputes team handling sophisticated commercial, regulatory, licensing, and high-stakes business litigation matters.

⚖️ The Role:

• Handle sophisticated commercial and regulatory litigation matters in a rapidly evolving industry
• Draft dispositive motions, manage discovery, take/defend depositions, and support hearings/trials
• Assist with complex disputes involving business operations, licensing, compliance, products liability, and contractual issues
• Help mentor and support junior attorneys as the practice continues to scale

✅ Ideal Background:

• Mid-level litigator (4–6 years’ experience)
• Comfortable taking ownership of cases and client-facing responsibility
• Real courtroom/trial experience highly valued (DA/State Attorney/trial-heavy backgrounds stand out)
• Interest in emerging industries, regulatory frameworks, and entrepreneurial environments preferred
