As an Insurance Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in growing the agency—connecting with clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering insurance solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll work with a respected national brand while being supported locally through structured training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing development through the award-winning University of Farmers® programs. And yes—we’re dog people. You’ll also be supported by Stella, our four-legged Office Manager and full-time morale booster. Must have or be able to obtain a Missouri Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (licensing assistance provided) Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence in engaging with clients via phone, email, and in person Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and comfort working in a dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
