We are seeking dynamic and dedicated CDL A Team Drivers and Owner Operators to join our team as a FedEx Contracted Carrier . In this vital long-haul role, you will be responsible for safely operating large trucks to transport consistent FedEx freight nationwide, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This position offers an immediate, high-earning opportunity with an average monthly income of $30,000 to $50,000 and a lucrative 75% driver split where you keep the majority of every load. If you are ready to keep your wheels turning with no sitting around, your expertise will help keep our fast-paced operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers on nationwide, long-haul routes, adhering to all traffic laws, DOT compliance, and safety regulations.
• Plan and follow efficient routes for high-paying FedEx freight delivery schedules, maintaining strict punctuality and optimized transit times.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to identify maintenance needs or safety issues before and after each trip.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs of driving hours, mileage, and vehicle condition in strict compliance with federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, team partners, and terminal staff to coordinate seamless pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain a professional and reliable attitude as a representative of a premier contracted carrier.

Skills & Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A) license is strictly required.
• 6+ months of verifiable commercial driving experience required.
• Excellent driving record demonstrating clean, safe driving habits over time.
• Strong professional and reliable attitude with a commitment to immediate, serious work.
• Ability to handle long-haul, nationwide routes efficiently without sitting around.
• Owner Operators or Teams preferred ; truck lease options are available with zero upfront costs (deducted directly from pay).
