Operations Leader

The Operations Leader position is essential to what we do at Chick-fil-A Austintown. Operations Leaders exist to stabilize operational execution across all shifts and operational areas by reinforcing standards, coaching leaders, and modeling disciplined operational execution. Operations Leaders work closely with Operations Directors and Assistant Directors to ensure established systems and strategic direction are carried out consistently and excellently. This role provides visible leadership across the Operations Team and includes both guest-facing and production-facing responsibilities. Operations Leaders have formal authority over Shift Leaders during live operations and are responsible for creating clarity, accountability, and consistency across the team. While they do not determine the strategic direction of the organization, they are responsible for modeling unity, reinforcing established systems, and ensuring disciplined follow-through. Through steady coaching, clear accountability, and strong operational execution, Operations Leaders protect the guest experience while helping develop the next generation of leaders at Chick-fil-A Austintown.
