Marketing Communications Coordinator Johnny Morris Conservation Foundation | Springfield, MO Full-Time | Exempt Tell Stories That Inspire Conservation The Johnny Morris Conservation Foundation is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Communications Coordinator to help share the stories behind some of America's premier conservation destinations, including Wonders of Wildlife National Museum & Aquarium, Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, and Top of the Rock . In this role, you'll create engaging content, support public relations efforts, coordinate media outreach, analyze marketing data, and collaborate with teams across the Foundation to highlight conservation, wildlife, and guest experiences that inspire millions of visitors each year. What You'll Do Write and edit content for newsletters, blogs, press releases, and marketing communications. Coordinate media requests, media visits, and public relations initiatives. Track press coverage and maintain media contact databases. Monitor guest reviews and survey feedback. Analyze marketing and guest data to identify trends and opportunities. Support special events, VIP experiences, and conservation-focused campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to tell meaningful stories. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. 4+ years of communications, marketing, or public relations experience preferred. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems, analytics, or marketing reporting is a plus. Why Join Us?
