Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Rep - Bone Health - Asheville/Charlotte,SC (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to promote bone health medicines in North Carolina. The role involves delivering clinical product knowledge to healthcare providers, executing sales strategy, managing customer relationships, and driving territory performance through in-person and virtual engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical knowledge and sales messages about Amgen products to medical professionals and healthcare providers
• Develop and execute territory sales plans, conduct educational programs, and achieve sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Manage customer accounts, customize interactions based on needs, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Analyze territory performance, provide feedback on marketing effectiveness, and collaborate with District Manager on strategy
• Build and sustain relationships while demonstrating commitment to patient outcomes and Amgen brand values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or high school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior role: Bachelor's degree with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or equivalent with Associate's/high school diploma
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industry experience preferred
• Product sales experience in specialty areas such as oncology, cardiology, bone health, or related therapeutic specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills focused on sales outcomes
• Life Sciences or Business Administration degree preferred

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annual
