We are a vibrant 150-bed medical facility located in the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii, currently in search of a skilled orthopedic physician assistant to enhance our team. Our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and is expanding its workforce due to a 5-10% increase in acute care patient demand over recent years.

Join a collaborative group of three seasoned orthopedic surgeons who are eager for support to effectively address the growing patient needs. We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in orthopedic surgery.

The Role:

• Work Schedule: Outpatient only, Monday to Friday, with no on-call duties required.
• Patient Load: Anticipate seeing 18 to 20 patients daily.
• Compensation: Base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 38 days off annually (20 PTO, 5 CME, 13 holidays), along with a 401(k) plan featuring a 4% match.
• Relocation Assistance: A sign-on/relocation bonus of $10,000 to facilitate your move to the island.
• Student Loan Support: Up to $25,000 available for student loan repayment.
