What Youll Be Doing
This isnt a cookie-cutter roleyour days will be dynamic and clinically rewarding:
- Open heart & structural heart cases
- Thoracic and vascular procedures
- Robotic lung program
- Cardiac + general anesthesia coverage
~1,300 cases annually = consistent volume without chaos
The Compensation (Lets Be RealIt Matters)
- Market-adjusted base + cardiac stipend
- $50K sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance
- Generous call pay
- Quarterly performance bonuses
Youll be well-compensated for high-level workperiod.

What You Bring
- MD or DO + ACGME Anesthesiology residency
- Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Cardiac anesthesia training preferred
- Florida license (or eligibility)
