Job Description

Supply & Box Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced warehouse associate to join our expanding team in Charlotte. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing machines to produce high-quality corrugated packaging. You will also operate a forklift to replenish and remove product as needed.  This position plays a key role in maintaining production quality, efficiency, and safety on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on printed boxes for alignment, ink consistency, and structural integrity
• Complete production reports and checklists for each job run
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot printing and equipment issues
• Ability to read and interpret production layouts and perform accurate measurements

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. 
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing, and pulling of materials
• Must speak and read fluent English and Spanish
