The Opportunity This is a true hunter role focused on developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across the region. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and networking through to proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing new business. The role offers significant autonomy, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing organisation. What You'll Be Doing Identifying and securing new business opportunities across a defined territory. Building relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders. Managing a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities. Conducting consultative sales meetings and presentations. Developing tailored commercial solutions for prospective clients. Negotiating contracts and successfully closing deals. Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client success. What We're Looking For Proven success in B2B business development. Demonstrated ability to win new business and exceed sales targets. Strong experience managing a full sales cycle.
