Active Directory Engineer

Job Description Roles/Responsibilities: Architect, design and implement solutions for Active Directory infrastructure for efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities Assure compliance with security and controls for Active Directory and Windows operating system Periodically perform internal assessment to assure compliance with controls Develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics for supported operations Monitoring and performance tuning for both Active Directory and Windows operating systems including connectivity, synchronization, replication, netlogon, time services, FSMO roles, schema, NTDS database partitions, DNS settings, SRV records, certificate authorities and trust relationships Provide operational guidance and serve as a central escalation point for all Microsoft server related technologies such as, but not limited to: Active Directory, Group Policy, AD Trusts, AD Sites and Services, Microsoft Identity Manager, PowerShell DSC, Puppet for Windows, Time Synchronization, DNS, DHCP, and DFS Documentation of system configuration and standard operating procedures After-hours support as needed Qualifications B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree/work experience Well versed with PowerShell scripting Demonstrated work experience in Active Directory and support of Microsoft OS related products Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders Possesses excellent project management and organizational competencies Proven ability to manage short deadlines, emergency situations and changing priorities Flexibility in traveling to Fort Worth for at least the first 90 days for on boarding training Preferred: Strong analytical and communication skills Experience in Puppet Demonstrated work experience in all aspects of Active Directory Understanding of network routing protocols If you are interested in the role then please revert with an updated resume in word format.
