The Big Task You will accurately and efficiently service and maintain all types of plumbing equipment in our customer's homes such as boilers and water heaters. Skills & Experience Oil (Primary) / gas boiler and furnace service experience Ability to mentor and assist plumbers in their profession career progression 4+ years of directing/managing the professional development of plumbers 8-10 years of plumbing experience (excluding apprenticeship) this is a lead role that requires both technical and tactical proficiency within the plumbing profession Experience servicing and maintaining residential plumbing equipment.
