Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Community Engagement Coordinator to support the brand's digital marketing execution and retailer-facing engagement efforts. This role sits at the intersection of digital and social media marketing, creator partnership coordination, event support, and sales enablement — helping run the day-to-day programs that connect our collections to retailers and consumers.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented executor: comfortable running email campaigns and Shopify updates, coordinating creator outreach and gifting logistics, supporting trunk show and trade market logistics, and helping host retailer touch points. Familiarity with (or ability to quickly learn) sales and inventory management platforms is essential, since this role will pull product and ordering data to support campaigns and retailer experiences.

Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and social media marketing strategies are a plus. (If you’re chronically online, this might be a great role for you!)

This is an in-person, individual contributor role. Strategic direction for digital marketing, creator partnerships, and community engagement programs is set by Marketing leadership, and this role owns the reliable, on-time execution of that direction.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Website Support

• Maintain the brand's Shopify website day-to-day, including routine content and page updates, under direction from Marketing leadership.
• Execute email marketing campaigns — building, scheduling, and sending emails from an editorial calendar — and compile basic performance reporting.

Creator Partnership and Social Media Coordination

• Coordinate outreach and gifting logistics for creator collaborations, following the established model.
• Research and maintain a running list of potential creators across various social channels and smaller celebrity/reality TV contacts for outreach.
• Track creator and talent relationships, gifting shipments, and resulting content/placements.
• Aid in community building and management across social media platforms.

Community Engagement & Retailer Event Support

• Support the planning, promotion, and execution of retailer touch points, including design feedback sessions and bridal training webinars (invitations, RSVP tracking, follow-up).
• Build meeting agendas and decks for retailer sessions from provided content and talking points.
• Support trunk show and trade market logistics — scheduling, sample coordination, materials prep, and on-site assistance.
• Aid in the planning and execution of in-person retailer events, inclusive of runway shows and previews.

Sales Enablement & Platform Fluency

• Learn the brand's sales and inventory management platform(s) to pull data that supports campaigns, retailer materials, and event planning.
• Assist the sales team by organizing product and inventory data into retailer-facing formats.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or events coordination role preferred.
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, Shopify, and social media marketing.
• Comfortable with logistics-heavy, detail-oriented work (tracking, scheduling, follow-up).
• Ability to learn new software platforms quickly, including sales and inventory management systems.
• Strong written communication skills for email campaigns, content drafts, and retailer-facing materials.
• Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage several small workstreams at once.
• Fashion, bridal, or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel periodically for trade markets and trunk shows.

• Email campaigns and retailer engagement events run smoothly and on schedule.
• Creator outreach and gifting logistics are well-tracked and move without dropped follow-ups.
• Retailer touch points and trunk show/trade market logistics are executed reliably and professionally.
• Marketing leadership can hand off a program with confidence that it will be run well day-to-day.

Work hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m, with the option to work four (4) days in office and one (1) day remote.
