Biomanufacturing Technician

Payrate: $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
Shift: WED - SAT 22:00 PM to 08:00 AM


Summary:
The role is part of the Manufacturing department responsible for clinical and commercial production in compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The Technician will operate within a cGMP biomanufacturing environment, focusing on efficiency and process optimization.


Responsibilities:

• Follow manufacturing Batch Production Records (BPRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under cGMP guidelines, ensuring "right first-time" execution.
• Document all activities in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) using BPRs, Forms, and other quality documentation.
• Identify deviations from procedures and report them through the Rapid Response process.
• Proactively suggest safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Participate in the Company Way (Continuous Improvement Culture) and may lead "Just Do It" (JDI) Continuous Improvement activities.
• Coach junior team members and act as an "onboarding buddy" for new team members.
• Engage in daily shift huddles and may lead shift exchange activities.
• Perform general cleanroom housekeeping, including cleaning, waste disposal, and maintaining 5S standards.
• Complete all required training activities to maintain quality compliance within expected milestones.
• Perform basic buffer preparation activities, including weighing raw materials for production.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Proficient in managing time to complete assignments within expected time frames and independently seeking additional work when tasks are completed early.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment or independently.

Skills:

• Effective communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and professionally.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of working under high pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Able to prioritize business, department, or group needs over personal opinions.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $22.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
