Peer Support Specialist — Reentry & Wellness Advocate
Central City Concern (CCC)
Central City Concern is recruiting a Peer Support Specialist for its Flip the Script program in Portland, OR. The role focuses on culturally aware peer support, advocacy, and system navigation for justice-involved individuals transitioning back into the community. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CRM or PSS/THW credentials, and a valid driver's license. You will work on-site Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a union representation through AFSCME and strong emphasis on wellness and #J-18808-Ljbffr Central City Concern (CCC)
