Morrison has more than 1,600 registered dietitians and 1,200 executive chefs, and serves more than 600M meals annually.We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training & Onboarding Coordinator to support and enhance our onboarding, training, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving training processes. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate all new hire onboarding and orientation sessionsDeliver and manage new hire training programs for staff and management trainees in both individual and small group settingsCustomize and maintain training documentation and forms as neededPrepare and distribute monthly training activity reports and statisticsTranslate training and onboarding materials into Spanish when requiredServe as liaison with System HR and system training teamsDevelop and distribute memory aids for staff (e.g., laminated cards for MSDS, Mission, RACE protocols)Oversee and facilitate computer-based CLS programs and client-required trainingCompile and maintain accurate new hire files and employee records to ensure regulatory complianceQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping, food service, or a high-touch service industryExperience in process and program managementPreferred: Experience in conducting training sessionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environmentDemonstrates initiative, flexibility, leadership, and attention to detailAssociates at Morrison Healthcare are offered many fantastic benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off, paid parental leave, holiday time off, personal leave, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts.
