Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We’re looking for a dedicated SLP professional who is passionate about helping students thrive in their academic and personal growth. You’ll play a crucial role in assessment, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families to create supportive learning experiences.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to strong clinical backgrounds
  • Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads independently
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress documentation
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to assigned students, adapting plans to meet individual needs
  • Complete thorough evaluations and develop IEP goals in collaboration with school teams
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Provide consultative support to teachers and parents for student success
  • Participate in professional development and school-based activities as required
