Northfield Veterinary Hospital is hiring an experienced Veterinary Receptionist! Position details include a full-time role with a salary of $20$21 per hour. The schedule is a four-day workweek with one-hour lunch breaks; evenings and weekends off; no overnight or on-call shifts. The location is in the Northfield/Central Park neighborhood in Denver, Colorado.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do:

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Provide exceptional client service in a busy veterinary environment
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and help maintain an efficient multi-doctor calendar
• Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate information
• Process invoices and collect payments

• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and assistants to support efficient patient flow
• Manage medical record requests, reminders, and other administrative tasks
• Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Support teammates as needed to keep the hospital running smoothly
