What You’ll Receive Uncapped earning potential with realistic first-year earnings of $85K-$100K $115K-$120K+ earnings at plan Top performers earning $200K-$250K+ annually Annual incentive trip for top performers End-of-year bonus opportunities Comprehensive training and leadership support What You’ll Do Develop new business throughout Louisiana Build relationships with property managers, building owners, and management companies Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations Manage a sales cycle averaging approximately 30 days Leverage an existing prospect database and national partner relationships while generating new opportunities Work 2.5-3 days per week in the field, with Mondays and Fridays typically reserved for admin work Ideal Background Outside B2B sales experience Proven history of prospecting and developing business Experience carrying a quota and working in a performance-driven environment Competitive, resilient, and motivated by growth and earnings Telecom, property management, service-based sales, or similar backgrounds are a plus Ex-athletes, servers/bartenders, and other competitive profiles have historically performed well Location Louisiana - The role covers the entire state, so being centrally located is ideal.
