Clinical Practitioner - Perioperative Care

Requirements
- Valid CA license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience required
- Community hospital experience required
- Certifications: BLS
- Experience with bronchoscopy, fiber optics, and flexible sigmoidoscopes preferred
- Epic experience preferred
- LA Fire Card required within last 30 days

Compliance / Notes
- Free parking available
- Must disclose license/background issues upfront
- Documentation required at submittal: SSN and DOB
- 2 references covering 1 year of recent experience (within last 3 years) required during compliance
- Eligible to return after 3 months
- Modules: Pre-start/annual modules required (non-billable; approximately 16 hours typical)
