Assignment details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 12-hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start Date: ASAP Job responsibilities Provide equipment use education at a general level when relevant to therapy safety. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs. Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
