Compensation Range: Prosal with $220,000 to $250,000 base and 25% production

Full-Time opportunity in Fredericksburg, Virginia

Schedule: 4 days a week

In your day-to-day, you will:
• Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for a diverse and challenging caseload.
• Develop diagnostic and treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate closely with Emergency and Critical Care departments.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians throughout the region.
• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the Internal Medicine service at VVC Fredericksburg.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

What You Bring
• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Residency Trained in Internal Medicine.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
• A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine.
