Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative litigation team supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys managing multiple matters from case inception through trial. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation in state and federal courts. Manage electronic and hard-copy document productions, including privilege logs, document review, and chain of custody. Organize and maintain case files and litigation databases. Draft, proofread, format, and prepare pleadings, briefs, declarations, exhibits, and other court filings. Perform legal and factual cite-checking and ensure compliance with applicable court rules. Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw and other online resources. Prepare filings through California State Courts and federal courts using PACER. Maintain litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines. Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including exhibit preparation and logistics. Provide support with eDiscovery platforms and document management systems. Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Occasionally travel to courthouses and government agencies for filing and document retrieval. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. 3–5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Extensive experience with California State Court and Federal Court e-filing. Strong understanding of the California Rules of Court, Federal Rules, and Local Rules. Experience preparing trial, arbitration, mediation, and deposition materials. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), iManage, and Elite. Experience with Westlaw required; familiarity with CS-Disco and Milana is a plus. Exceptional organizational, analytical, proofreading, and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Willingness to work overtime and travel occasionally as business needs require. #J-18808-Ljbffr
