Product Manager

Job Description The Product Manager is responsible for leading activities that result in the prioritization and planning of the features and functions of our web-based/SaaS product in conjunction with our services offerings to create superior customer solutions, market differentiation, and an increase in revenues. The Product Manager will proactively gather feedback from customers, prospects, and other Preparis departments to lead the development of the products and solutions that our customers want and need. Primary Responsibilities Spend extensive time engaging current customers (buyers & users) to formulate a product roadmap Develop detailed Preparis customer personas (buyers and users) by target market Evaluate our current products and solutions as they relate to customer needs, benefits, competitive differentiation, and scalability Create, manage, and communicate the product development roadmap Develop processes to consolidate and analyze feedback from customers, executive management, marketing, sales, client services, and consulting to define product enhancements and new features to address market opportunities Create customer and industry user groups by target market to solicit feedback Implement a process to obtain internal input and build consensus for development priorities Plan, manage, and communicate releases with the technology team and all other internal departments Track and analyze product usage and metrics Additional Responsibilities Provide input on Preparis’ strategies and goals as a key member of the team Stay current on regulatory, compliance, and business drivers to ensure Preparis maintains a competitive advantage Stay current on new technologies that will help Preparis maintain a competitive advantage Achieve the company’s product goals through extensive interaction with customers, internal resources, prospects and industry influencers in a collaborative, team environment Communicate effectively with peers and other Preparis personnel Identify, understand and solve any obstacles to successful execution Will thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Working knowledge or ability to learn basic emergency preparedness and business continuity principles Technical aptitude, including knowledge of SaaS and software development processes Ability to travel (20-25%) Qualifications 3 years of relevant work experience Compensation Base salary plus bonus What You Will Get in Return Base salary and bonus Exposure to the latest cloud computing and web technologies Quarterly fun events Job Location #J-18808-Ljbffr Preparis
