We are in need of an Entry Level Finance Assistant to work with prospective clients, educate them on the banking and finance services we offer, and encourage enrollment in our financial management and debt relief programs. Work with clients to resolve accounts where debt collection efforts have been escalated by lenders or banking institutions. Proactively take ownership of, resolve, and prevent further client debt problems. Meet with clients to understand their priorities, advise them on financial and debt management solutions, and provide a forward‑looking financial & banking plan. Use your knowledge of banking, finance, debt management, debt settlement, cash management, credit, investment and wealth protection to help clients meet their goals. Gather and submit documentation for approval and payment of accounts. Qualifications What we’re looking for in an Entry Level Finance Assistant: Passionate commitment to helping our customers. Resourceful self‑starter with courage and confidence to approach customers. Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions. Digitally‑savvy and able to identify financial alternatives for our customers. Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers. An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges.
