May provide direct patient care. Essential Functions Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff. Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors and staff. Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital Develops and implements staffing plans.
