Position Highlights:

• Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour + shift differential

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; overtime as needed

• Department: Downstream Processing, Biological Services, or Cart Transfer Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Downstream Processing & Biological Services: Conduct essential purification, filtration, and clarification of biological materials to guarantee safety and quality. Prepare, sanitize, and maintain process equipment; perform calibration, cleaning, and integrity testing in compliance with cGMP standards. Maintain detailed documentation for regulatory audits and support investigations to improve manufacturing processes.

• Cart Transfer Operations: Safely transport production materials and equipment, including egg carts weighing up to 800 lbs. Load and unload incubators, manage cold storage, and operate washers for hatchery processes. Document all activities accurately following SOPs and adhere to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring:

• Relevant education (specific to your department), or recent graduates, military veterans, and individuals with hands-on production experience are encouraged to apply

• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8–12 hours

• Comfort working in controlled manufacturing environments

• Willingness to receive required vaccinations

• Ability to pass background and drug screenings

• Basic computer skills; experience with Excel, Word, and SAP is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Recent graduates in life sciences, military veterans, or those with practical production experience

• Prior manufacturing or laboratory experience is advantageous but not required

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
