Director of Nursing, RN Atlanta, GA, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1537 Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually Ascensa Health is currently seeking a Director of Nursing (RN). The Director of Nursing oversees all aspects of client healthcare services, coordinates and manages the Detoxification Unit, and ensures health and safety compliance. Duties include but are not limited to: Coordinates healthcare services for all the clients including: Detoxification Unit, Residential clients, and Day treatment clients. Includes planning and the coordination of services such as minor first aid, blood pressure checks, temperature, etc, and refer to outside medical resources as necessary. 2.Supervises and schedules all nursing staff at Ascensa Health. Assists in hiring health services staff in regards of orientation, training, employee counseling, and termination of nursing staff according to Agency and governmental guidelines. Maintains systems and records necessary for ensuring quality clinical services that meet all requirements of licensure and accrediting entities. Monitors program staff’s documentation and signs off on necessary documentation in a time that meets agency, government, and regulating standards. Qualifications: Must have a Georgia Registered Nursing (RN) license. 3 years of supervisory experience preferred. Substance Abuse experience a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
