About the Role

The Company is in need of an Interim Chief Financial Officer to take the lead in its international Professional Service Clients Accounting and Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for PE Portfolio Leadership, delivering high-cadence financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and KPI dashboards in line with Private Equity sponsor expectations. Global financial management, including oversight of international accounting, multi-currency reporting, and global treasury operations, is a key aspect of the role. The CFO will also be tasked with optimizing professional services metrics to maximize profitability, maintaining strategic cash management, and leading a team to ensure operational continuity and strong internal controls. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of experience, with a proven track record in the professional services sector. The role requires a veteran finance executive with deep Private Equity experience, particularly in a leadership role at a company of similar scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, be adept at managing finance operations across multiple geographies, and have a deep understanding of international compliance and foreign exchange risk. The ability to work from the company's Houston, TX office for a minimum of 3 days per week is also a necessary qualification.
